A favorite summer lunch
Mini Me declared this one of his favorite new lunches. It's true - my sweet tooth rejoices in the salsa and gelatin, and I'll never turn away comfort food like mac and cheese. Little Lady also scarfs this lunch down... fruit salsa and all (I help her with the tortilla scoop)!
In the top left and right compartments we have cinnamon crisps (broken up for Mini Me) and Grumpy Grateful Mom's Fruit Salsa. Her fabulous recipe for both can be found here. It is delicious!

Yes, I also have a big sweet tooth and love mac and cheese. I'll have to try your fancy version for lunch next week. My kids always appreciate when I use our plates with different compartments.

We loooove the salsa. I have made it every time we host company or go to someone's house and it has been the talk of the gathering every time!
